BILKO

Good, mild, and sweet. Bilko is a 12" napa green cabbage.

Red napa cabbage through and through. Red Dragon is typically 10" in length. Less dense than Bilko, with slightly stronger flavor.

At a diminutive 3-4" in size, Perseo is one of the earliest raddichio varieties out there. Its mild bitterness brings a new flavor to the plate.
